A Tavola Arborio Rice is a 100% Italian rice from Mundi Riso, selected for preparing creamy, traditional Italian risottos. Its large grains release starch during cooking, helping create a rich, smooth consistency while retaining the texture that makes risotto satisfying.

Suitable for everyday cooking and more elaborate recipes, Arborio is particularly well suited to classic Parmigiano risotto. Its versatility also makes it a useful choice for arancini and baked rice dishes such as timbales.
